Dispatcher – Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai (3 Vacancies)

We are seeking organized, efficient, and detail‑oriented Dispatchers to join one of Dubai’s leading fine dining restaurants. As a Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in coordinating communication between departments, ensuring smooth flow of orders, and supporting seamless restaurant operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in multitasking, have strong communication skills, and thrive in fast‑paced environments. You will work closely with the kitchen, service team, and management to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient dispatching of orders and information.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between the kitchen, service team, and management
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatching of food and beverage orders
• Monitor order progress and update service staff accordingly
• Maintain clear communication channels to avoid delays or errors
• Assist in organizing delivery and takeaway orders when required
• Support the floor team during peak hours with order tracking
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to dispatch operations
• Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Dispatcher, Order Coordinator, or similar role in a restaurant or hotel in the UAE
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Professional attitude and team‑oriented mindset
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
