📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, chopping, cutting, and basic cooking tasks
• Support CDPs and senior chefs during service and daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and kitchen standards accurately
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries
• Comply with all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or CDP

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commis or kitchen helper (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
• Positive attitude and passion for culinary growth
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
