🔹 Position: Bartender

Location: Dubai, UAE

🔸 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to the highest standards
  • Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory throughout service
  • Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and deliver a personalized experience
  • Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and speed of service
  • Collaborate closely with the bar and floor teams to support smooth operations
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines at all times
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal beverage offerings when required

🔸 Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in luxury dining, premium lounges, or beach club environments
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
  • Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Currently based in the UAE and available for an in‑person interview
  • Passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering elevated guest experiences
