Ben’s Farmhouse & Mara is seeking skilled and passionate Baristas to join our growing hospitality team in the UAE. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages while delivering warm, engaging service that reflects our brand’s commitment to authenticity and excellence. You’ll manage daily beverage preparation, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and ensure every guest receives a memorable, personalized experience.

🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Manage daily mise‑en‑place, stock rotation, and inventory levels
• Engage guests with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service
• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times

📋 Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and beverage presentation
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills
• Passionate, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow
