🔹 Job Summary:
Gloria Hotels is currently hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages to the highest standards.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and smoothies.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and service area.

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.

  • Ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation.

  • Manage inventory of coffee supplies and communicate stock needs.

  • Educate guests about the menu and make product recommendations.

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.

✅ Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant environment.

  • Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, brewing methods, and drink artistry.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Presentable appearance and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and flexible with shift schedules.

  • Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge.
