Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage standards
• Keep the barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and process beverage orders efficiently
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Support café operations during busy hours

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and espresso‑based drinks
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Female candidates preferred as per job requirement
