Barback — Felicita Restaurant, Downtown Dubai

Felicita Restaurant, located at Address Skyview in the heart of Downtown Dubai, is hiring a reliable and energetic Barback to support our bar team during service. This role is ideal for someone who is quick on their feet, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of bar operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Barback, you will play a key role behind the scenes, keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, and running smoothly so bartenders can focus on crafting drinks and engaging guests. This is a great entry point into Dubai’s hospitality and bar industry, with the opportunity to grow into a bartending role as you gain experience. Duties and Responsibilities

• Restock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, garnishes, ice, and glassware throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping counters, washing glassware, and clearing empty bottles.
• Support bartenders during peak hours by preparing mixers, juices, and pre-batched ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and alert bartenders or management when inventory runs low.
• Assist with opening and closing bar setup, including ice runs and equipment checks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active role, including lifting stock and standing for long periods.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to support bartenders and other FOH staff.
• Basic knowledge of bar tools, glassware, and hygiene standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
