Kapitol Social Dubai, an exciting new social gaming and lifestyle entertainment venue under Sunset Hospitality Group, is looking for a hardworking and reliable Barback to join its pre‑opening team. As a Barback, you will play a vital support role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with bartenders to maintain stock levels, prepare the bar for service, and uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the shift. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and are eager to grow within the beverage and hospitality field. Your contribution will directly impact the guest experience by helping the bar team deliver exceptional service. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, including equipment, counters, and glassware.
• Ensure the bar is fully set up before service and properly closed afterward.
• Support bartenders during busy periods by preparing ingredients and tools.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Head Bartender.

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barback or similar support role.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage products.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and work on your feet for long hours.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
