💼 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily bar operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high‑quality service.
  • Craft and execute innovative cocktails aligned with SUSHISAMBA’s signature style.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on beverage menu development and promotions.
  • Handle guest interactions, recommendations, and service recovery with professionalism.
  • Monitor bar costs, wastage, and performance KPIs to support business goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of bar leadership experience in a premium or high‑volume venue.
  • Strong mixology skills with deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse bar team.
  • Excellent communication, guest engagement, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of bar operations, costing, and inventory systems.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
