As we expand into Montenegro with a brand-new venue, we are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters to join our pre-opening team and play a key role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional table service and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint

  • Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders

  • Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar teams

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the dining area

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and feedback

  • Assist in setup and breakdown of the restaurant before and after service

  • Uphold all hygiene, safety, and service standards

  • Participate in team briefings and ongoing training sessions

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter in a premium or lifestyle dining environment

  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage but not required

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic attitude

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask

  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Willing to relocate to Montenegro and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
