As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting senior chefs, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. 📝 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking across hot and cold sections.
  • Ensure consistent food presentation and quality in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP compliance).
  • Support daily kitchen operations, including mise en place and stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet service deadlines during busy shifts.
  • Contribute to menu development and bring creativity to plating and presentation.

✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or culinary trainee in a reputable restaurant/hotel.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across Dubai Creek Harbour and Palm Jumeirah venues.
