DusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai is looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to support our kitchen operations and elevate our guest dining experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative culinary environment and have a flair for flavor, this is your chance to shine.

🔪 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily food preparation and cooking across assigned sections
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation according to hotel standards
  • Maintain hygiene and safety protocols in all kitchen areas
  • Support Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in menu execution and mise en place
  • Monitor inventory and minimize food waste
  • Contribute to buffet setups and special culinary events
  • Stay updated on new recipes, techniques, and plating styles
  • Mentor junior staff and foster teamwork in the kitchen

✅ Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within upscale hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisine and kitchen operations
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing menus
  • Positive attitude and commitment to high standards
  • Ready to join immediately (preferred)
