Runner (Brewdog Dubai)

Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Runners to join our team at BrewDog Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests, maintaining a smooth flow of operations, and upholding the BrewDog brand standards.​

Key Responsibilities

• Order Delivery: Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.​

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have.​

• Table Maintenance: Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.​

• Collaboration: Work closely with waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.​

• Inventory Assistance: Help monitor and restock service areas with necessary supplies, ensuring availability throughout the shift.​

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.​

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.​

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.​

• Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.​

• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.​
