💼 Responsibilities

• Create and serve a range of innovative cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks with precision and flair.

• Maintain expert knowledge of the drink menu, ingredients, and techniques.

• Deliver exceptional service in line with Fundamental Hospitality’s high standards.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar at all times.

• Manage stock levels, order supplies, and conduct regular inventory.

• Provide recommendations to guests and customize drinks as requested.

• Collaborate with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.

• Uphold all hygiene, safety, and licensing laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a premium or fine-dining venue.

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, garnishes, and modern mixology trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, polished, and professional appearance.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Currently in the UAE or willing to relocate immediately.
