Job Description:

Bartenders or Barmaids - Zeus restaurant and lounge jbrZeus Restaurant and Lounge, an upscale dining and entertainment destination in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), is seeking skilled and passionate Bartenders/Barmaids to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender/Barmaid, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of cocktails, beverages, and refreshments to our guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are stocked and well-maintained.

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking drink orders, and offering menu suggestions.

  • Ensure the bar is always stocked with necessary supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.

  • Monitor and control the consumption of alcohol, adhering to local laws and regulations.

  • Handle cash and process payments, ensuring accurate transactions.

  • Assist with the development of new drink specials and cocktail menus to enhance the guest experience.

  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming and lively atmosphere.

  • Maintain health and safety standards in the bar, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation of work areas.

  • Collaborate with the bar team and other departments to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements:
