Head bartender at Fundamental Hospitality - Sirene by GaiaJob Description: Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a talented and dynamic Head Bartender to join their team at Sirene Beach by GAIA in Dubai. This exciting role involves overseeing the bar operations, creating innovative cocktails, and leading a team to provide exceptional service to guests. As Head Bartender, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the unique beverage program and deliver outstanding experiences in a high-end venue.

Position: Head Bartender
Location: Sirene Beach by GAIA, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, assess their beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
  • Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials.
  • Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
  • Ensure customers meet legal age requirements for alcohol consumption.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
  • Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
  • Handle financial transactions accurately and balance the cash register.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work and dining areas.
  • Develop new cocktail recipes to enhance the beverage menu.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in a high-end venue bar setting.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits and mixology.
  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
