Saddle Café is a pioneering food truck concept in Dubai, renowned for its innovative approach to dining and exceptional service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Supervisor/Branch In-Charge to oversee our new branch at Fynd Café in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Fynd Café branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train a team of staff members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and budgeting, to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a café or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and financial controls.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
