🧑‍💼 Duties & Responsibilities

F&B Retail Store Manager

• Lead daily store operations and uphold Venchi brand standards.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training.
• Drive sales targets and overall store profitability.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.

Floor Supervisor

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise staff and maintain high service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor product displays, cleanliness, and store ambiance.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching team members.

Head Counter Sales Associate

• Lead counter operations and coordinate team workflow.
• Manage POS transactions and cash handling.
• Promote Venchi products and upsell effectively.
• Maintain stock levels and product knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Counter Sales Associate

• Greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation.
• Provide product recommendations and samples.
• Support daily operations and team objectives.
