F&B Retail Store Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure consistent brand standards.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate store staff.
• Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs, and enhance store profitability.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B or retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
