💼 Open Positions & Responsibilities
🛎️ FRONT OFFICE
1. Front Desk Agent
- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage room assignments and special requests using PMS
- Provide personalized service and resolve guest concerns professionally
2. Bellman
- Assist guests with luggage handling and room escorting
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Support front office operations during peak hours
3. Telephone Operator
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments
- Manage wake-up calls and guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate communication logs
4. Long Term Agent
- Manage long-stay guest bookings and special arrangements
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for extended stays
- Ensure personalized service and guest satisfaction throughout the stay
🛠️ POMEC (Property Operations & Maintenance)
5. Guest Room AC Technician
- Perform maintenance and repairs on guest room air conditioning units
- Respond to service requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain records of work performed and report issues
6. Plumber
- Handle plumbing repairs and installations across guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
🛡️ SECURITY
7. Security Supervisor
- Oversee daily security operations and team coordination
- Monitor CCTV and patrol hotel premises
- Handle incident reports and ensure guest and staff safety
🍽️ FOOD & BEVERAGE
8. F&B Manager
- Lead and manage all F&B outlets and service teams
- Develop menus, promotions, and service standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
9. Waiter / Waitress
- Greet guests and present menus with confidence
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service areas
10. Bar Waiter
- Serve beverages and snacks in the bar area
- Ensure timely service and guest engagement
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
11. Bar Hostess
- Welcome guests to the bar and manage seating arrangements
- Coordinate with bar staff for smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations
12. Bartender
- Prepare and serve beverages with consistency and flair
- Engage guests with product knowledge and friendly conversation
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation
📣 MARKETING
13. Marketing Manager
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the hotel
- Manage digital campaigns, social media, and brand partnerships
- Coordinate with sales and F&B teams for promotions and events
👨🍳 CULINARY
14. Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Lead a specific kitchen section and ensure food quality and presentation
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory and maintain hygiene standards
15. Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
- Support CDP in preparing dishes and managing kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
- Assist in mise en place and daily prep
🧺 HOUSEKEEPING & LAUNDRY
16. Laundry Attendant
- Operate laundry equipment and handle guest and hotel linen
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold items according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area
