💼 Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Guest Service Agent (Opera System)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS
- Manage room assignments, special requests, and guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Provide personalized service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest experience
2. Reservation Agent (Opera System)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
- Input and update bookings accurately in Opera PMS
- Coordinate with sales and front office teams for group bookings and special packages
- Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide rate and availability information
3. Bellman Driver
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage handling and room escorting
- Provide transportation services using hotel vehicles
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Support front office operations during peak hours
- Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and courtesy
4. Sous Chef
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Supervise culinary staff and ensure food quality and presentation standards
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen areas
5. Commi I – Butcher
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion meat, poultry, and seafood according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher station
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of products
- Assist chefs with mise en place and daily prep
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
6. Bar Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations and team coordination
- Prepare and serve beverages with consistency and flair
- Train bartenders on mixology, service standards, and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with licensing and hygiene regulations
7. Assistant Outlet Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing restaurant or lounge operations
- Supervise service staff and ensure smooth shift execution
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor sales, inventory, and cost control
- Assist in staff training and performance reviews
8. Waiter / Waitress
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus with confidence
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service areas
- Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the meal
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Must be currently in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
- Hold a valid visa
- 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrate potential for growth and a strong work ethic
