Swingers is looking to expand our talented Front of House team! We are currently hiring for the following positions:

  1. Reception Supervisor
  2. Receptionist
  3. Caddie
  4. Bartender
  5. Steward

Job Position Descriptions & Requirements:


1. Reception Supervisor

Position Description:
As a Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional guest service. You will lead a team of receptionists and work closely with other departments to ensure all guests have a top-tier experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the reception team to ensure efficient guest check-in/check-out.
  • Coordinate with the management and FOH teams to address any guest concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, and departures.
  • Implement customer service standards and train staff to meet these standards.
  • Handle VIP reservations and special requests.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is always presentable.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

2. Receptionist

Position Description:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at Swingers. You will manage reservations, check-in guests, answer queries, and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls and emails for reservations and inquiries.
  • Maintain guest records and process check-ins/check-outs.
  • Provide guests with information about the facilities and services.
  • Process payments and billing efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other FOH and backend teams to ensure smooth guest service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role in hospitality.
  • Proficient in using booking software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3. Caddie

Position Description:
The Caddie assists guests by guiding them through the course, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and assistance to guests on the golf course.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of golf equipment.
  • Help with the setting up and maintaining of tees, greens, and other course areas.
  • Offer suggestions to guests about game strategies and assist with tracking their performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of the course layout and provide guests with detailed information.

Requirements:

  • Passion for golf and a strong understanding of the game.
  • Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Previous experience as a caddie or in a related role is a plus.
  • Ability to walk long distances and handle golf equipment.

4. Bartender

Position Description:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes.
  • Take orders from customers and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.
  • Handle cash, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work with FOH staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience.
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Steward

Position Description:
The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant. You will assist kitchen and FOH staff to ensure a smooth operation, especially during busy service hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and organize dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including restrooms and staff areas.
  • Ensure all kitchen supplies are well-stocked and organized.
  • Work with kitchen staff to ensure quick and efficient turnover of dishes.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen support role.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
