Open Positions

1. CDP (Chef de Partie)

• Job Description:
• Manage and oversee a specific section in the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, sauce).
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards.
• Supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Assist in menu planning and development.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus.

2. Commis Chef

• Job Description:
• Assist the CDP and senior chefs in food preparation and cooking.
• Ensure that ingredients and kitchen tools are prepared and organized.
• Help with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours and events.
• Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Passion for cooking and learning new culinary techniques.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation.

3. Waiter

• Job Description:
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and specials.
• Assist guests with any inquiries about menu items.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining or casual restaurant.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Job Description:
