📝 Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisor

- Train and mentor junior staff.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Head Waitress / Head Waiter
- Oversee floor service and coordinate with kitchen and bar.
- Support team performance and maintain service standards.
- Assist with reservations and guest flow management.
VIP Waitress / VIP Waiter
- Deliver personalized service to VIP guests.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism.
- Upsell premium offerings and ensure memorable experiences.
Waitress
- Welcome guests, present menus, and take orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service areas.
Head Hostess
- Manage guest reservations and seating plans.
- Lead the hostess team and ensure smooth guest arrivals.
- Handle special requests and coordinate with management.
Hostess
- Greet guests warmly and manage waiting lists.
