🔌 Electrician cum Plumber
- Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot faults and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls promptly
🛎️ Concierge
- Welcome residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle inquiries, deliveries, and guest services
- Maintain lobby presentation and assist with building operations
❄️ HVAC Technician
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems including chillers, split units, and ventilation
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Ensure energy efficiency and system reliability
🔧 Multi Technician – MEP
- Handle electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks across facilities
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with other technicians for seamless service delivery
🚿 Plumber
- Install and maintain water supply and drainage systems
- Repair leaks, replace fixtures, and ensure water system integrity
- Comply with health and safety regulations
🧼 Cleaner – Female / Male
- Perform daily cleaning of common areas, offices, and restrooms
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Maintain hygiene and presentation standards
🧗 Rope Access Technician – Level 1 & Level 3
- Execute high-rise cleaning and maintenance using rope access techniques
- Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment handling
- Level 3 technicians supervise and train junior staff
🧑🏫 Trainer – Soft Services
- Conduct training sessions for cleaning, concierge, and support staff
- Develop SOPs and ensure service standards are met
- Monitor performance and provide feedback
🪚 Carpenter
- Perform carpentry repairs and installations (doors, furniture, partitions)
- Read blueprints and work with precision tools
- Ensure quality finishes and safety compliance
🏊 Lifeguard
- Monitor pool areas and ensure guest safety
- Administer first aid and enforce pool rules
- Maintain cleanliness and water quality
🧱 Mason
- Execute masonry work including tiling, plastering, and bricklaying
- Repair structural elements and decorative finishes
- Work with construction teams on renovation projects
🛠️ MEP Helper
- Assist technicians with tools, materials, and basic tasks
- Support maintenance activities and site cleanliness
- Learn and grow into specialized roles
🧰 Multi Technician – Civil
- Handle civil maintenance including painting, plastering, and minor repairs
- Support renovation and refurbishment projects
- Ensure timely completion and quality control
🎓 Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in facilities management or technical services
- Certifications or licenses (where applicable)
- Physically fit and available to join immediately
- Professional attitude and commitment to safety
