📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Host / Hostess
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating flow
- Provide menu guidance and ensure guest comfort
Waiter / Waitress / Head Waiter
- Deliver exceptional service with product knowledge
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely orders
- Upsell specials and ensure guest satisfaction
Bartender / Barback / Sommelier / Barista
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
- Recommend pairings and educate guests on wine and spirits
Chef de Partie / Demi Chef / Commis Chef
- Prepare dishes on the open-flame grill to perfection
- Maintain hygiene and mise-en-place standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team for consistency and creativity
Steward / Kitchen Supervisor
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
- Support BOH operations with timely logistics
- Uphold safety and sanitation protocols
✅ Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in upscale or lifestyle hospitality venues
- Passion for culinary excellence and guest service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Immediate availability preferred
