We’re hiring for the following Front of House positions:
Available Positions:
1. Restaurant Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and train the front-of-house team.
- Manage daily operations, inventory, and guest relations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and standards.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in high-end dining establishments.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure top-tier customer service.
2. Supervisor
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and staff.
- Ensure all guests are provided with exceptional service.
- Assist in staff training, maintaining quality standards, and resolving customer complaints.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Captain
- Responsibilities:
- Lead service staff during shift, ensuring guests receive exceptional service.
- Take responsibility for guest satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service delivery.
- Requirements:
- Experience as a captain or in a similar role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
4. Waiter/Waitress
- Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and high-quality service to guests.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
5. Head Food Runner
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee food runners and ensure food is delivered to guests efficiently.
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained.
- Assist in setting up the dining room and ensuring cleanliness.
- Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
6. Food Runner
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
- Ensure food presentation meets China Tang’s high standards.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
7. Chief Sommelier
- Responsibilities:
- Manage the wine selection, wine cellar, and wine service.
- Assist guests with wine pairings and recommendations.
- Train and mentor the team on wine knowledge and service standards.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sommelier in a fine dining setting.
- Extensive knowledge of wines and wine pairings.
- Certification or formal training in wine is preferred.
8. Bar Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and bar staff.
- Create and implement cocktail menus and seasonal offerings.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in bar management, preferably in high-end venues.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
9. Mixologist
- Responsibilities:
- Create unique and innovative cocktails.
- Ensure the bar is clean, stocked, and organized.
- Provide guests with a memorable drink experience.
- Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a mixologist or bartender in a premium or fine dining venue.
- Knowledge of mixology techniques, trends, and high-quality spirits.
- Passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences.
10. Bartender
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests’ needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in an upscale restaurant or bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
11. Hostess
- Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive.
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
- Provide guests with menus and assist with special requests.
- Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining or high-end venues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
