Available Positions:

1. Floor Manager

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the floor operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain guest satisfaction through proactive service.
  • Resolve guest complaints and manage guest relations.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a floor manager in a high-end venue or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

2. Assistant Bar Manager

  • Responsibilities:
  • Support the bar manager in daily operations and staff management.
  • Ensure quality service, and consistency in drinks and cocktail preparation.
  • Manage inventory, and ensure the bar is always stocked and organized.
  • Supervise bar staff and ensure they adhere to service standards.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a bartender or assistant bar manager.
  • Strong understanding of beverage operations and cocktail mixing.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.

3. Waiter/Waitress

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive service to guests by taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
  • Ensure a positive dining experience by anticipating guest needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

4. Assistant Waiters

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist waitstaff in delivering food and drinks to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
  • Help with setting up dining tables and ensuring all guest needs are met.
  • Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Team player with a friendly and positive attitude.

5. Bartenders

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with their drinks and overall bar experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

6. Barbacks

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist bartenders by stocking supplies, cleaning, and ensuring the bar is ready for service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar.
  • Provide excellent service to guests when needed.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is an advantage.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

7. Guest Relation Agents

  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Manage guest requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure guests have a memorable experience and provide personalized service.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

8. Hostesses

  • Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations and ensure efficient table assignments.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and assist with special requests.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented demeanor.

9. Chef de Partie

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and assist with training.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
