Position Descriptions:

1. F&B Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and manage food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service.
  • Work closely with chefs, waitstaff, and other departments to meet guest expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage orders, and oversee proper food safety standards.
  • Assist with menu planning and work on promotional events to boost guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a coordinating role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

2. Spa Therapist (Male/Female)

Job Description:

  • Provide various spa treatments, such as massages, facials, and body treatments.
  • Ensure guests have a relaxing and therapeutic experience during their sessions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa areas.
  • Assist with guest consultations to recommend the most suitable treatments.

Requirements:

  • Certification in massage therapy or related spa treatments.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a calming, professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of spa protocols and hygiene standards.

3. Spa Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Supervise spa therapists and manage their schedules.
  • Ensure that guests’ needs are met and provide recommendations for treatments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position within a spa.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage spa operations effectively and maintain high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of spa therapies and health & wellness trends.

4. GM Secretary

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence on behalf of the GM.
  • Handle sensitive information and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications for the GM’s office.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software.

5. Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring employees.
  • Manage employee records, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations, training, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
