Position Descriptions:
1. Restaurant Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage staff and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
