Job Details:
Position: Waiters/Waitresses, Runners, Hostesses
Location: KAYA Restaurant and Lounge, Bahrain
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: Immediately
Responsibilities:
- Waiters/Waitresses:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Assist with menu recommendations and special requests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing prompt service.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings and restaurant specials.
- Runners:
- Assist servers by delivering food and drinks to tables quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure orders are accurate and complete.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring smooth service during busy times.
- Hostesses:
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Assist guests with special requests and direct them to their tables.
- Ensure the entrance and waiting area are tidy and organized.
Requirements:
- Waiters/Waitresses & Runners:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (restaurant experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry food or drinks.
- Hostesses:
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on making guests feel welcome.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic personality with a professional appearance.
