1. DCDP (Arabic Cuisine)
Position Summary:
The Demi Chef de Partie (Arabic Cuisine) will be responsible for crafting authentic Arabic dishes while maintaining high food safety and presentation standards. Working closely with the Head Chef, the role requires experience in traditional Arabic cooking techniques and knowledge of spices, ingredients, and cooking methods essential to the cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute a variety of Arabic dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Monitor cooking processes, ingredient freshness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively within the culinary team to meet high-volume demands.
- Participate in kitchen training and continuous skill development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in preparing Arabic cuisine in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of Arabic spices, flavor profiles, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.

2. Commis (Asian Cuisine)
Position Summary:
The Commis (Asian Cuisine) will assist in the preparation of authentic Asian dishes, including stir-fries, dumplings, soups, and traditional specialties. This role requires strong foundational knowledge of Asian ingredients and a proactive approach to learning and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in chopping, slicing, and cooking various Asian dishes following set recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

- Support senior chefs in high-volume kitchen operations.
Requirements:
