Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support team members during busy hours to maintain service quality
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or café
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
