You’ll work closely with supervisors, baristas, and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service, speed, and consistency. Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations when needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
- Follow service standards, hygiene guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or café is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and guest-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Presentable, professional, and punctual.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
