You’ll work closely with supervisors, baristas, and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service, speed, and consistency. Whether you’re welcoming guests, taking orders, or ensuring tables are perfectly set, your role will directly shape the guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  • Upsell menu items and provide recommendations when needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
  • Follow service standards, hygiene guidelines, and safety procedures.
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or café is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and guest-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Presentable, professional, and punctual.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
