🧭 Role Overview

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating seamless dining experiences for our guests. You will ensure attentive service, maintain high standards of presentation, and contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the Hilton brand.

🍽️ Key Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Service

  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
  • Present menus, take accurate orders, and deliver food & beverages promptly
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer recommendations when appropriate
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Operational Excellence

  • Prepare tables, dining areas, and service stations before and after service
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards
  • Support colleagues during peak service hours to maintain smooth operations
  • Follow Hilton brand standards in service, presentation, and communication

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Assist in setting up events, buffets, and special dining experiences
  • Participate in daily briefings and training sessions

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
  • Professional grooming and a guest‑first mindset
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
