Royal Rose Abu Dhabi, proudly part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters / Waitresses to join our food and beverage team. This role is perfect for service-minded individuals who take pride in delivering polished, attentive dining experiences in a luxury hotel setting. You will be the frontline ambassador for our restaurants and outlets, responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages with care, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills, a calm and confident presence during busy service periods, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous experience in upscale dining or hotel outlets is valued, and a commitment to teamwork, presentation, and guest-first service is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials, and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter orders into the POS system, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Service Delivery: Serve courses and beverages according to service standards, clear tables efficiently, and ensure plates and glassware are presented and handled correctly.
• Upselling and Recommendations: Suggest menu items, pairings, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and support outlet revenue goals.
• Quality and Presentation: Ensure food and beverage presentation meets hotel standards; check guest satisfaction during service and act on feedback.
• Hygiene and Safety: Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures; maintain a clean and organized service station.
• Teamwork and Communication: Liaise with hosts, kitchen, bar, and management to prioritize covers, manage special requests, and handle service recovery when needed.
• Closing Duties: Assist with side work, restock service stations, perform end-of-shift checks, and complete any required reports or handovers.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a waiter/waitress or front-of-house role; experience in hotel or fine-dining outlets preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Technical: Comfortable using POS systems and basic service equipment; knowledge of table service techniques and beverage handling.
• Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, friendly and composed manner, punctuality, and a guest-focused attitude.
• Physical: Able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Legal: Right to work in the UAE and any required local certifications or permits.
