This role is perfect for hospitality professionals who excel in guest service, team coordination, and shift leadership. As a Supervisor, you will oversee the floor during service, guide waiters and hosts, ensure smooth guest flow, and uphold brand standards. You will brief the team on daily priorities, support opening and closing procedures, and handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to motivate teams in high-energy environments. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to lead by example, this position offers excellent growth potential within a rapidly expanding hospitality group.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee floor operations during shifts
  • Guide and support waiters, hosts, and runners
  • Ensure consistent guest service and seating standards
  • Conduct daily briefings on menus and priorities
  • Resolve guest issues and escalate when needed
  • Assist with opening/closing duties and shift reports

Requirements

  • Experience as Supervisor, Captain, or Senior Waiter
  • Strong leadership and guest service skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible with working hours
