As Store Keeper, you will track inventory levels, coordinate deliveries, and work closely with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure supplies are always on hand without unnecessary waste. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels for food, beverage, and operational supplies
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries against purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts
  • Coordinate with suppliers and kitchen/bar teams on replenishment needs
  • Ensure proper storage conditions to minimize waste and spoilage

Requirements

  • Prior experience in inventory or store management, preferably in F&B
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Familiarity with stock management systems/software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift and handle stock deliveries as needed
