🔹 Job Summary:
Gloria Hotels is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this supervisory role, you will ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort while helping coordinate and mentor other housekeeping staff.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and participate in the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.

  • Conduct room checks to ensure standards are met before guest arrivals.

  • Train and guide room attendants on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.

  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs.

  • Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.

  • Support the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Housekeeper in daily operations.

✅ Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a room attendant or similar housekeeping role in a hotel setting.

  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
