Kapitol Social Dubai, the newest social gaming and lifestyle entertainment venue under Sunset Hospitality Group, is looking for energetic and reliable Runners to join its pre‑opening team. As a Runner, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth service flow by supporting both the waitstaff and kitchen teams. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas, and ensuring that every guest receives their order efficiently and accurately. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and are passionate about creating seamless guest experiences. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and dining areas.
  • Assist waitstaff with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
  • Communicate guest requests and special requirements to the appropriate teams.
  • Support overall service operations during peak hours to ensure efficiency.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Runner or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
  • Professional grooming and a friendly demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
