As a Runner, you play a crucial role in maintaining the rhythm of the restaurant — ensuring dishes reach guests promptly, stations stay organized, and the team operates at its best. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests quickly and accurately.
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and according to brand standards.
• Support servers and station captains during peak service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, side stations, and the dining area.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a high‑volume or premium dining environment is an advantage.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods.
• Physically fit and able to carry trays, plates, and equipment safely.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
