We are hiring reliable, energetic Runners to support front‑of‑house operations at Miray Group’s restaurant in Dubai. This role is ideal for fast, attentive team players who keep service flowing smoothly by delivering food, clearing tables, and assisting servers during peak periods. Runners are essential to maintaining speed, accuracy, and a polished guest experience; the right candidate will be proactive, physically fit, and comfortable working in a busy dining environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver food to tables quickly and accurately, ensuring correct orders reach the right guests.
  • Assist servers with clearing plates, resetting tables, and replenishing service stations.
  • Support kitchen and floor communication by relaying special requests and timing updates.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, side stations, and guest pathways.
  • Help with basic side work such as polishing cutlery, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or runner experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a guest‑first attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance and reliable punctuality.
  • Basic English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
