DéjàVu Restaurant & Café, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Manara, Dubai, is seeking a talented and motivated F&B Supervisor (Female) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Train, supervise, and motivate service staff
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure timely service
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and requisitions
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Support management in achieving operational goals and implementing policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and POS systems
  • Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset
  • Female candidates preferred as per job requirement
