Reservations Agent – Rove Hotels, Dubai

Rove Hotels is looking for a Reservations Agent to join its Front Office team in Dubai. You will be the voice and inbox behind every booking, helping guests choose the right room, rate and stay for their plans. From phone calls and emails to online enquiries, you will respond quickly, accurately and with the friendly, easy-going tone that defines Rove. You will create and manage reservations in the hotel system, confirm special requests and make sure the Front Office team has everything ready before guests arrive. With a sales mindset and a strong eye for detail, you will help maximise occupancy while creating a great first impression. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle room booking enquiries by phone, email and online channels.
  • Create, modify and cancel reservations accurately in the property management system.
  • Offer suitable room types, rates and upselling options to guests.
  • Confirm special requests and share them with Front Office and relevant teams.
  • Monitor availability and follow up on pending bookings and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow rate, policy and data privacy procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in hotel reservations or a call-centre/customer service role preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate clearly by phone and email.
  • Sales mindset and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
