🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, elegance, and personalized attention
• Assist guests with information, special requests, and hotel services
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless experiences
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance their stay
• Represent the Kempinski brand through impeccable grooming, poise, and professionalism
• Support VIP arrivals, celebrations, and special occasions

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance with strong presentation and etiquette
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Warm personality, confident demeanor, and passion for guest engagement
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment
