Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai is looking for a creative, energetic, and caring Kids Club Agent to join our dedicated recreation team. As part of one of Dubai’s most prestigious luxury hotels, the Kids Club Agent plays a vital role in creating joyful, safe, and memorable experiences for our youngest guests. This role is perfect for individuals who love working with children, enjoy planning fun activities, and excel in maintaining a warm, welcoming environment. You will be responsible for supervising children, organizing engaging programs, and ensuring that every child feels happy, secure, and entertained. 🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead fun, educational, and age‑appropriate activities for children
  • Ensure the safety, well‑being, and supervision of all Kids Club participants
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and engaging play environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding activities and safety
  • Support hotel events involving families and children, including seasonal programs
  • Monitor equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in childcare, recreation, or hospitality Kids Club roles
  • Energetic, friendly, and patient personality with a passion for working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to remain calm, responsible, and proactive in busy environments
  • Certification in childcare or first aid is a plus
