As a Junior Barista, you’ll be part of a brand that values quality, consistency, and creativity. You’ll work closely with senior baristas and the operations team to master brewing techniques, understand our signature offerings, and deliver memorable experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. Whether you’re steaming milk for the perfect flat white, preparing cold brews, or engaging customers with warm hospitality, your role will help shape the daily rhythm of our café.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based and brewed beverages.
- Assist in daily café operations, including opening and closing tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
- Support senior baristas with prep, stock rotation, and recipe execution.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service at all times.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Learn and uphold G.O.A.T’s beverage recipes and presentation guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous café or F&B experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented.
