Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based and brewed beverages.
• Assist in daily café operations, including opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Support senior baristas with prep, stock rotation, and recipe execution.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service at all times.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Learn and uphold G.O.A.T’s beverage recipes and presentation guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous café or F&B experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented.
