Peaksy Tourist Restaurant LLC is seeking two warm, professional Hostesses to join our front-of-house team at Yas Bay, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates are polished hospitality professionals with proven UAE restaurant experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a welcoming first impression for every guest. You will be the face of the restaurant, managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, and ensuring smooth flow during busy service periods. This role demands calm under pressure, strong communication in English (Arabic an advantage), and immediate availability. Candidates must be currently located in the UAE and ready to start without delay.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant’s booking system; confirm and update bookings.
  • Seat guests efficiently while balancing reservations, walk-ins, and table turns.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure menus, promotional materials, and seating areas are tidy.
  • Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to manage guest flow and special requests.
  • Handle guest enquiries and minor complaints courteously; escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
  • Assist with coat checks, special seating arrangements, and accessibility needs.
  • Support opening and closing duties including daily checklists and handovers.
  • Uphold hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior UAE restaurant experience; applications without UAE experience will not be considered.
  • Currently located in the UAE with immediate availability to join.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with reservation/POS systems is preferred.
  • Right-to-work documentation or valid UAE work authorization.
