Villa Mamas by Chef Roaya Saaleh is seeking a warm, poised, and service‑oriented Hostess to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess plays a vital role in shaping the Villa Mamas experience. We are looking for someone who embodies hospitality, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will manage reservations, greet guests with genuine warmth, and ensure smooth seating flow throughout service. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
  • Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow
  • Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area
  • Monitor dining room capacity and coordinate guest flow during peak hours
  • Uphold Villa Mamas service standards and hospitality values

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest‑facing hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
